- Reviewing and providing feedback on safety-related data and safety documents.
3. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of ASAP or its data.
- Share or distribute any illegal, harmful, or confidential information without proper authorization.
- Upload malicious software or viruses.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security or functionality.
- Use ASAP for any purpose other than its intended safety-related functions.
- Access other entities' data without explicit permission from Fennec Engineering or the entity.
- Use any automated system, including bots, spiders or offline readers, to access ASAP in a manner that negatively impacts the platform.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform.
4. Data Confidentiality and Security
- All data within ASAP is confidential and proprietary to Fennec Engineering and its partners.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You must report any suspected security breaches immediately to Fennec Engineering.
- Fennec Engineering will treat all company and personal data stored within ASAP as confidential.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
- Your use of ASAP must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Fennec Engineering reserves the right to monitor platform usage and investigate any suspected violations of this policy.
- Fennec Engineering may suspend or terminate access to ASAP for violations of this policy.
- Fennec Engineering may contact law enforcement if needed.
- This policy is in addition to any policies your employer may have. In the case of conflicts, this policy will be authoritative when it is more restrictive.
6. Privacy
Your use of ASAP is subject to Fennec Engineering's Privacy Policy.
